Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Event Assistant to join our in-person outreach team and help bring impactful campaigns to life. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to break into event planning , customer engagement , sales , or fundraising —no experience required!

As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting live events , brand activations , and interactive marketing campaigns . You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real-time customer experiences, and receive the training you need to grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing live events , promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives

• Act as a brand representative, engaging with customers and answering questions

• Support goals related to brand awareness , customer acquisition, and fundraising

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build new skills

• Contribute ideas to improve event performance and attendee engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and effectively

• Collect and share customer feedback and campaign performance insights

• Help ensure smooth event operations and a positive customer experience

• Continuously refine communication , organization , and time management skills

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing , events , sales , or customer service

• No previous experience needed— training and mentorship provided

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented

• Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
