AMG & Association is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while playing a critical role in our procurement process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supplier selection and procurement processes.

2- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities and pricing structures.

3- Lead the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

4- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and develop appropriate sourcing plans.

5- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with company standards.

6- Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the sourcing process.

7- Prepare reports and presentations to summarize sourcing activities, savings achieved, and market trends.

8- Manage procurement-related documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.

**Qualifications:**

1- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2- 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

3- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.

4- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

5- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

7- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
