Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our event planning department, you will support our various events from conception through execution. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Communicate with vendors and maintain positive relationships with event suppliers.
• Manage registration processes and handle attendee inquiries.
• Assist in creating event promotional materials and marketing strategies.
• Prepare event materials, including schedules, signage, and name tags.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
