Overview
Singnala We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in the planning and execution of a wide variety of events. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and has a passion for creating memorable experiences. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the Events Coordinator and other team members to ensure that every aspect of our events runs smoothly from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, decor, and equipment rental.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event operations.
Assist in developing event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Support the marketing efforts for events, including promoting events via social media and email communications.
Prepare and organize event materials, such as welcome packets, name tags, and signage prior to events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience or internships in event planning, project management, or a related area.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
