**Responsibilities** All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost effective manner. **Qualifications** + 1 yr. related office experience.required. + Previous experience with filing and Data Entry preferred. + AA Degree preferred + Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with individuals from a variety of socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds and at various organizational levels. + Ability to work with frequent interruptions while maintaining positive working relationship with staff. + Skill in working independently and in following through on assignments with minimal supervision. + Solid skill in managing multiple competing priorities, and can accurately reflect the relative importance and urgency of various and potentially conflicting job responsibilities and assignments. + Strong keyboarding/computer capabilities, including ability to work with word-processing software applications (Google Work Space preferred). + Capable of organizing materials and information in a systematic way in order to optimize office efficiency, including establishing and maintaining department filing systems. + Ability to operate photocopiers, telephone system, FAX machines, and other general office equipment. **Overview** Founded in 1887, Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center is a 318-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in downtown Los Angeles, California.
