This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to manage client interactions and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with orders via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Process orders, returns, and refunds in the system
Provide accurate product and order information to customers
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Document customer interactions and transactions in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
Maintain a positive, professional tone in all communications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
1+ year of customer service experience (e-commerce or retail preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable using CRM systems and online chat tools
